Organic Madagascar Vanilla Bean Sugar-4oz

Description

Fragrant and delicious organic Madagascar vanilla bean sugar. Small batches made simply with organic cane sugar and organic Madagascar vanilla beans. I split the beans and scrape out all the yummy caviar to mix with the sugar. After mixing well, I place the vanilla beans into the glass jar with the sugar to let it further infuse the sugar. The sugar sits in a larger jar for a minimum of two weeks, and then it gets separated into the smaller individual jars. I add half of a vanilla bean to each 4oz jar, so that it can continue to infuse the sugar. Once the vanilla bean sugar is used up, you can add your own sugar to the jar with the vanilla bean to make another less intense batch.

Vanilla bean sugar is an amazing addition to your morning coffee or tea, as well as any of your baked goods or cocktails.
