Gigi Had Triplets!

Gigi now holds the record for the furthest past a due date as well as for having the largest baby to date. She finally gave birth 4 days past her due date. To that point, we had never had anyone go beyond 3 days past their due date. Gigi’s ultrasound showed two babies, but as soon as the first baby was born and I saw how small he was, I figured there would probably be three. The first baby, Benjamin, was 2.4 pounds. Next came his brother, Sam. Sam is now the largest baby to be born here so far. He was a whopping 4 pounds! Finally, we got a little doeling we named Stella. She was an even 3 pounds. I had a group here at the time, so they were able to see the birth. I love when that happens! Mom and babies are doing great. It’s fun to see how different all the sets of babies look from one another.
