Fragrant and delicious organic Madagascar vanilla bean sugar. Small batches made simply with organic cane sugar and organic Madagascar vanilla beans. Each 16 oz jar contains 2 organic vanilla beans. I split the beans and scrape out all the yummy caviar to mix with the sugar. After mixing well, I place the vanilla beans into the glass jar with the sugar to let it further infuse the sugar. Once the vanilla bean sugar is used up, you can add your own sugar to the jar with the vanilla beans to make another less intense batch.
